With a friendly team and expert programme design suitable for all fitness levels these sessions are perfect for people starting out on their fitness journey and or anyone looking for some extra training to hit their targets.
Our bootcamp workouts will be a mix of high intensity work to burn calories and exercises to help tone.
We are not like other bootcamps, we do not believe in one size fits all and a drill sergeant approach. We understand that everyone's ability is different and we factor that into every bootcamp session.
The sessions are split between Sandyford (Tuesday and Thursday 7pm) and St Endas park, Rathfarnham (Saturdays 9:15pm) and offers both drop in rates and bulk passes.

Alex is also a qualified gym instructor and personal trainer, as well as a Kettlebell instructor. With a background in teams sports and Triathlon, he has competed in two Ironman triathlon events and is about to tackle a third. Alex is passionate about helping people get the most out of themselves physically and mentally.

Conveniently located in St Enda's Park in Rathfarnham just off the Grange road and just 2 minutes off the m50. There is also lots of parking available.
